Return Policy: Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

At Sagar Vaidya, we strive to ensure that our delivered items meet your expectations. However, we recognize that certain situations may arise, and we are dedicated to finding solutions. Please carefully review our Return Policy for information on returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Reasons for Return/Replacement/Refund:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

2. Time Frame for Request:

  • Requests for replacement or return must be made within 5 days of receiving the package.
  • No returns or replacements will be accepted after the order is processed, except for the specified reasons.

3. Initiating the Process:

  • To request a refund or replacement, kindly email us at care@sagarvaidya.com with your Order Number and the reason for replacement/refund.
  • Attach an image of the product clearly displaying the batch number and include the invoice for our reference.

4. Confirmation Required:

  • Items sent for return/replacement without our confirmation will not be accepted.
  • Upon acceptance, we will arrange for product pickup within 4 – 7 days of receiving your request.

5. Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • For replacements, availability is subject to stock. If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
  • Unopened products are eligible for return. Opened or damaged products will not be accepted.

6. Damaged on Delivery:

  • If a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide detailed information with shipment details.

7. Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 days from receiving and verifying the products at our warehouse.
  • Credit/debit card or net banking payments will be refunded to the same account within 5-7 days.
  • Cash on delivery transactions will be refunded via bank transfer within 5-7 days, upon receiving your bank details.

8. Policy Changes:

  • Our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy may be updated without prior notice.
  • Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
